“Let the club go”

I don’t watch much rugby but this article definitely caught my attention.

It’s less about rugby and more about having a great attitude. The part I like the most is this:

“So basically he’s saying go out ProShapeRX there and just trust your instinct, back your gut feeling and go out there and deliver a really good performance.”

What else can you do anyway?

Let the club go. I like it.

What are your thoughts?

Or to put it another way, “don’t struggle” as I read the other day. So much of our energy is inwardly directed, fighting ourselves. Better to just flow and the improving will take care of itself via our natural (subconscious) learning system. This system works real good when left to do its thing and barely works at all when we try to override it with manual inputs (“struggle”).
