can someone learn the grip and stance automatically without professional help at all? reminds me of bubba watson who says he’s never had a lesson. so can you learn golf without professional help whatsoever? or do you need someone to guide you?

it’s extremely odd how people try to make this game hard. they shove instruction down your throat and don’t give a care in the world about what you really want which is to improve. the fact is that this game is purely easy and worthwhile to say that there is absolutely nothing difficult with it at all. it’s also simple. you hit a little white ball into a hole. easy. who cares about score and who gives a crap about the swing because the swing just makes the ball go from one place to another and the fact is it’s not even a swing that gets it there but hitting the ball with the clubface. who cares where it went? make a joke about how an alien spacecraft’s radar went wrong and drew the ball offline. golf is about enjoying a nice break from the world around you and to enjoy nature and to smack a ball around just for kicks. i know i’ve had some crazy questions but i was basically going back to the “traditional” mindset with these questions. don’t give a care where the ball goes. it it goes in the trees, chip out hit the green take your par. or bogey whatever. i don’t really care about score anymore nor my handicap nor where the ball goes nor what my swing looks like or any of this. (though my swing is gorgeous lol. colin montgomerie is what some people say my swing looks like) but i really don’t care if my swing looks like a burning tree falling over in a forest. its just a swing for gods sake. hit the ball, find it, hit it again.
